The Nation’s Triathlon is a truly memorable triathlon experience. From its one-of-a-kind course route in and around the monuments of Washington, DC to its extra-large transition area, fast course design and athlete friendly attitude, this race is great for new triathletes and seasoned veterans alike.
WORLD CLASS CAUSE
The Nation’s Triathlon, the only triathlon in the country dedicated to building awareness and raising money for the treatment of leukemia and blood-related cancers, raised $2.4 million for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society this year with nearly 600 athletes competing and raising funds through the Society's (LLS) world-famous Team In Training (TNT) endurance sport training program. To date, the partnership has garnered an estimated $5.5 million for research, patient education and support initiatives that will help the LLS bring us closer to a cure.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest nonprofit dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and services for patients.
