All Nation's Triathlon competitors must come to packet pickup whether solo or part of a team

  • Every person competing in the triathlon must attend a race safety brief to get their race bracelet and race packet. All members of a team must attend but you do not have to attend at the same time. Race bracelets will be given to all team members and the Team Race Packet will be given to the Captain. Packets will be held under Team name. ABSOLUTELY NO PACKET PICKUP ON RACE DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Packet pickup will be held at The UnitedHealthcare Sports and Fitness Expo. It is located at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel. Located at 999 Ninth Street NW, Washington, DC 20001, Phone: (202)-898-9000

Friday, September 12th:

Hours of operation: 12pm - 8:00pm

Safety briefings: 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

 

Saturday, September 13th:

Hours of operation: 10am - 8:00pm

Safety briefings: 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

  • What to bring

    All triathletes MUST bring all of the following:

    1. Government issued valid photo ID
    2. USAT card if a member

  • What to do when you get there

    1. Attend the race safety briefing
    2. Locate your bib number on the wall then find the table with your race packet
    3. Present your government issued photo ID and your current USAT card. If you do not have a USAT card you must become a one day member for $10
    4. Pick up your race packet. It is your responsibility to make sure everything you need is inside. We will provide you with the checklist of items that should be in your packet. DO NOT LEAVE for the day until you are sure all items are in there. In the race packet is your race day bag and race day bag-tag. Please make sure you bring both back with you on race day if you want to have any of your clothes or shoes waiting for you at the finish line
    5. Walk over to the goody bag area and get your goody bag and race jersey
    6. Walk around and visit with sponsors, meet your fellow triathletes and enjoy the Expo
