Refund Policy

 

 2008 Refund Policy 

• More than 120 days prior to race date full refund or 100% rollover to next years race.
• 120 days to 60 days prior to the race rollover into next years race.
• Within 60 days no rollovers/no refunds except for active duty military personnel.

         

           2009 Deferrals Policy

• Moving into 2009 we will not be issuing refunds except for active duty military personnel.

• Deferred athletes receive the opportunity to sign up for the 2010 Nation's Triathlon before registration opens to the general public. All deferred athletes will receive an email with pre-registration information. Athletes must register during the Deferral Early Entry Week to be assured of a spot for 2009.

   

 

WARNING!!! Do not attempt to sell or give away your bib number/registration. The Nation's Triathlon maintains a very strict NO TRANSFER policy. Particular participant information is attached to each bib number, and triathlon staff cannot be held responsible for medical liability or other errors should a runner participate under another individual's predetermined bib number.

We monitor web sites that are used to attempt to sell race bib numbers. If you are caught selling/transferring bib numbers you will be banned from participating in The Nation's Triathlon for the next 3 years.
